Personalisation options vary by piece and are indicated on each product page. If you don't see a personalisation option and would like one, simply contact us, we will tell you what's possible.
Yes, and we love it. A bespoke Equinox piece begins with a conversation: about you, the person it's for, the feeling you want to hold. From there, we work with our makers to design something that could not exist for anyone else. Please book an appointment or email us to begin.

Personalised pieces require additional time, typically 5–10 working days beyond the standard dispatch time, depending on the complexity of the work. We will confirm your specific lead time when your order is placed.

We offer private appointments in our studio, giving you the space and attention to explore the collection at your own pace, guided by someone who knows every piece intimately.

Equinox jewellery pieces are designed and handcrafted by the contemporary jewellery artist Andreea Popescu in her workshop. She also collaborates with skilled artisans and makers for different projects, each one being a maker we know trust deeply. Slow craft is how we work, we believe in care for details, creating purposefully and meaningfully . We will always tell you each piece’s story because that is part of what you are wearing.
We work with ethically sourced precious metals, including 9ct, 14ct, 18ct, 22 ct and 24ct gold, sterling silver, 999 silver, and recycled metals, alongside natural gemstones, pearls, and materials with meaning. Every material is chosen with intention and meaning.
Yes. We work only with suppliers who can trace the origin of their stones and uphold fair labour practices. Provenance matters to us. If you would like to know more about a specific stone or material, just ask. Aditionally, we also work with artisanal gem cutters, who can make each spark relfect a whole different universe.
